The Ashmoor · a text MMORPG
Grimdark
The war is over. Everyone lost. What’s left is a shared world of cold roads and colder company — real players trading, warring, and scavenging beside you, none of them owed to you.

Four truths of the Ashmoor
Bear no class
Be blade, forager, healer, coin-cutter — all of it, if you dare. But every rank costs more than the last, so no one masters everything. You specialise, or you spread thin.
A world held in common
One living Ashmoor, shared by everyone. Band into guilds, hire help for a run, work the market, or hunt other players for their coin. No seasons, no wipes — your character just endures.
The chronicle is the map
No sprites, no health bars pretending to be a battle. The engine writes what happened as grim, readable prose. The log is the graphics.
Danger is a choice
Ruin — lost gear, real death — only finds those who walk into flagged, dangerous ground. Safe roads stay safe. The reckless get the stories.
